Privacy Policy

Privacy refers to information that we at ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. ("ICON"), owner of WorkoutWarehouse.com, gather about you and the use that we make of it in the course of our business. ICON collects personally identifying information only during contests, sweepstakes and site membership registration. In addition, information is collected in certain portions of the site in which guests specifically and knowingly provide such information along with content submissions, community postings (i.e., chat or bulletin boards), suggestions, or voting. ICON may use such information for editorial and feedback purposes (to the extent that is explained when guests provide the information). In the event ICON plans to post any such information on a site, guests are provided prior notification of such posting and can decline from having such information posted.

Information submitted at the time of any form of registration may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by ICON. ICON does not share this information with other companies. If a guest objects to such use for any reason, he/she may stop that use at any time by written request.

Use of Cookies

What are cookies? Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes while at the site. Cookies make Web-surfing easier by saving your passwords, purchases, and preferences for you. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and you'll find cookies at most major Web sites. Cookies help make this site better by showing how and when guests use the site. They do not, however, gather user specific information about persons who use the site. Many content updates and improvements are based on such data as total number of visitors and pages viewed. This statistical information is most easily tracked with cookies. Pricing and Availability

The customer can keep track of his or her order by consulting the shopping cart page. This page displays the desired quantity of a particular product, the product price, the subtotal cost of all products in the cart, the shipping cost of the entire order, and the total cost to the customer (not including any applicable sales tax).

• Product prices are valid only in the Continental United States. Sales tax may be added to the order if applicable (see Payment Information).
• Workout Warehouse will bill the customer's account once the products are shipped (see Payment Information).
• The customer can check the status of each product (if the product is in stock, out of stock, or on back order) by referring to the status link located directly below the "Add To Cart" button for each product. To find a status report for the product, including the time it will take for a product to be in inventory, click the status link and a full description will be given.

Product Warranties

All products advertised on the Workout Warehouse site (except Scooters) come with at least a 90-day warranty. In many cases, the manufacture's warranty is much longer. See individual product for more details. The customer can also purchase extended warranties from the shopping cart page. If problems or concerns arise regarding specific warranties, the customer should call 1-888-308-9627 to speak with a sales representative.

Payment Information

• Customers can purchase Workout Warehouse equipment on line by credit card only. Customers who wish to pay by check or money order can call 1-888-308-9627 to place the order. Workout Warehouse bills the account once the product has been shipped.
• Sales tax is applicable in some states and will be added to the order if appropriate. Customers should call 1-888-308-9627 for specific sales tax information.
• Workout Warehouse accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express only.

Shipping Rates and Policies

• Workout Warehouse will only ship orders to destinations within the Continental United States.
• The following companies ship all purchases from the Workout Warehouse site: Roadway Express, Old Dominion Freight Lines, Motor Cargo, HUB Group, and UPS. All orders are shipped at the standard rate.
• The shipping charge, displayed on the shopping cart page, represents the sum of shipping costs for all products purchased. Shipping costs are valid only in the Continental United States.
• The shipping charge is determined per item -- not per shipment. The charge is totaled on the shopping cart page and added to the price of the purchase(s).
• Workout Warehouse will notify the customer that the purchase(s) have been shipped within one business day. Workout Warehouse will supply the customer with the name of the shipping company and a tracking number for the shipment.
• All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse.
• Once an order is placed, Workout Warehouse ships the purchase(s) as soon as they become available.
• The total shipping charge for each product is located directly to the right of the sale price on the product pages and is labeled "S/H."

Return Policy

We give a 30-day trial period on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason please call 1-866-896-9777 to set up a return. Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, put your machine back in the box and take it to your curb to be picked up. We will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine and upon receipt at our warehouse we will refund the purchase price (price of machine and tax less to and from shipping charges. If you were not charged for shipping on your initial delivery you will only be charged for the return shipping fee. A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returned merchandise.

All products must be returned in good condition, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories or an additional 10% charge may be added. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
